Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Assistant to support the Digital Marketing team in managing the company's social media platforms and online presence.


• The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, be able to create engaging content, manage online communities, and assist with the day-to-day execution of the company's social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the company's social media platforms.


• Create, schedule and publish social media content.


• Develop engaging captions, content ideas, and calls-to-action.


• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.


• Research social media trends, hashtags and relevant content ideas.


• Assist with the implementation of the social media content calendar.


• Work with the graphics/video team to ensure content is delivered on schedule.


• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for better engagement.


• Track basic social media performance, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.


• Prepare simple weekly/monthly social media reports.


• Support promotional campaigns, property listings, events and other company activities.


• Assist the Digital Marketing team with other marketing activities when required.

Requirements

• ND/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.


• 0–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.


• Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.


• Good writing and communication skills.


• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.


• Basic knowledge of Canva and Meta Business Suite is an advantage.


• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative.


• Previous internship, freelance, or personal social media management experience is an advantage.
