Got a driver's license, don't mind early mornings, and want to build a career in one of Nigeria's biggest FMCG companies? We're looking for a Van Delivery Representative to be the last mile between our warehouse and the retailers and wholesalers who sell our products.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll take orders that come through from our DMS operators and pre-sellers and make sure they land where they're supposed to, on time and in full. Day to day, that looks like:

• Delivering products accurately and on schedule to your assigned customers


• Hitting your daily billing targets by actually engaging with the outlets on your route


• Sticking closely to your assigned route and delivery schedule


• Collecting payments and reconciling them properly, every time


• Collecting empties and getting them back into the system

You'll be working closely with DMS Operators, your Territory Activation Manager, the pre-sellers/scouts, and your Van Sales Supervisor. So it's a role that rewards someone who communicates well and keeps people in the loop.

• 80%+ of your assigned volume target delivered


• 40%+ of planned outlets billed daily


• 95%+ on-time delivery


• 95%+ orders delivered in full


• 95%+ route adherence

What you'll need

• SSCE at minimum


• 0–1 year of experience (This is genuinely entry-level, so prior experience helps but isn't required)


• A valid driver's license and proven driving experience


• Physical fitness 


• Willingness to travel within your assigned routes


• Comfort learning to use tools like OmniOne for order confirmation and delivery updates
