Job Summary

• We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.


• The ideal candidate should have proven field sales and marketing experience, with strong knowledge of market development, customer acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales and marketing activities.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.


• Conduct client visits, meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.


• Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.


• Manage customer accounts and provide excellent after-sales support.


• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.


• Conduct market research and monitor market trends and competitor activities.


• Identify potential markets, customers, and business opportunities.


• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and update CRM records.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product/service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.


• 2–4 years of proven experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or account management.


• Experience in customer acquisition, market development, and B2B/B2C sales is an added advantage.


• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.


• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and market dynamics.


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.


• Willingness to travel frequently within Lagos.
