About the Role
- Krystal Digital Solutions Limited is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy graduate to join our team as a Portal Data Administrator.
- You'll work closely with our Portal Supervisor to keep student and staff data accurate across our partner schools, support our Admin Reps with day-to-day portal issues, and help us deliver a smooth end of term/session for every school we work with.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify student and staff data on the portal for assigned schools, ensuring records are accurate and complete
- Review data submitted by school Admin Reps, checking for errors, missing fields, and inconsistent formatting before it's finalized
- Consolidate and organize weekly progress reports from Admin Reps into a clear format ready for Supervisor review
- Serve as the first point of contact for Admin Reps facing basic portal issues, resolving what you can and escalating complex problems to the Supervisor promptly
- Monitor each school's compliance with the running manual/SOP throughout the term, flagging gaps early
- Maintain an up-to-date tracker of school status, outstanding issues, and stakeholder contacts across your assigned portfolio
- Support the Supervisor with administrative tasks such as scheduling, training material preparation, and coordination with Admin Reps
- Communicate professionally with school stakeholders (Admin Reps, HICTs) to keep data collection on schedule
- Help identify recurring issues or training gaps among Admin Reps and report these to the Supervisor.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience internships and NYSC experience welcome.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (data entry, sorting, basic formulas)
- Comfortable navigating web-based portals and software
- Basic understanding of data management principles (accuracy, formatting consistency, record-keeping)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Word, Docs, Email)
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail, catches errors and inconsistencies in data before they become problems
- Organization and time management, able to track multiple schools/tasks and meet deadlines
- Communication, clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving, able to troubleshoot basic issues and know when to escalate
- Reliability and accountability, follows through on tasks without close supervision
- Team collaboration, works well within a small, coordinated team structure
- Adaptability, stays effective when priorities shift during busy term-end periods.
