Job Overview

• We are seeking a passionate, qualified and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our Secondary School team.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Mathematics lessons, developing students' mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills, preparing students for internal and external examinations, assessing students' progress and creating a stimulating learning environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education/Mathematics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) where applicable as an added advantage.


• At least 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level.


• Experience teaching within a Cambridge Associate School is an added advantage.


• Good knowledge of the Secondary Mathematics curriculum and effective teaching practices.


• Experience preparing students for relevant internal and external examinations.


• Ability to make Mathematics practical, engaging and relatable to students.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Computer and digital literacy skills.
