Description

• We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new sales leads.


• Promote the company’s products, properties, and services.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships.


• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.


• Follow up with prospective clients and drive sales conversions.


• Support digital marketing and social media campaigns.


• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.


• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media.


• Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.


• Experience in real estate or construction is an added advantage.
