Job Description

• We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to support the laboratory team in carrying out routine laboratory activities, maintaining equipment, handling samples, and ensuring the laboratory is clean, organized, and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist laboratory staff with the collection, preparation, labeling, and storage of samples.


• Prepare and arrange laboratory materials, chemicals, reagents, and equipment as required.


• Clean and maintain laboratory equipment, work areas, glassware, and other laboratory materials.


• Record test results, sample information, and other laboratory data accurately.


• Ensure laboratory procedures are followed according to company standards and safety requirements.


• Handle laboratory chemicals and materials safely and responsibly.


• Assist in monitoring and maintaining adequate laboratory supplies and materials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience as a Laboratory Assistant.


• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and chemical handling.


• Ability to accurately record and maintain laboratory data.


• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.


• Ability to work effectively in a team.


• Willingness to comply with laboratory health and safety procedures.
