Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms.


• Assist customers with orders and provide excellent customer service.


• Develop creative ideas for videos, pictures, captions, reels, and promotional content


• Ensure all content is clear, attractive, professional, and suitable for the store's brand.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Marketing or a related field.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Content Creation or customer service.


• Good knowledge of social media platforms.


• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to create attractive and engaging social media Content.
