Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Packing & Dispatch Supervisor to oversee packing and dispatch operations, ensuring products are packed accurately, dispatched on time, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.


• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and good computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packing and dispatch operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.


• Coordinate packing and dispatch teams to achieve operational targets.


• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures.


• Monitor inventory movement and dispatch documentation.


• Maintain accurate operational records and reports using computer applications.


• Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in any related field.


• 4–5 years of experience in packing and dispatch operations.


• Good knowledge of packing and dispatch processes.


• Strong computer proficiency.


• Excellent coordination, leadership, and team management skills.


• Good understanding of quality and safety compliance.


• Ability to resume immediately.
