Job Summary

• We are seeking a presentable, customer-focused and organised Furniture Showroom Officer to manage daily showroom activities, attend to customers, and support sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.


• Provide information about furniture products, prices and available options.


• Assist customers in making suitable product selections.


• Follow up with customers and support the sales process.


• Keep the showroom neat, organised and properly displayed.


• Monitor product displays and report damaged or missing items.


• Maintain basic records of customers, sales and showroom activities.


• Support other day-to-day showroom operations as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree.


• Previous experience in showroom, retail, furniture or customer service is an advantage.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Presentable, confident and customer-oriented.


• Proficiency in basic computer applications is an advantage.
