Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the company's finance function and provide strategic financial guidance to management. The role will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and financial controls. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. 


• Oversee accurate and timely financial and management reporting. 


• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls. 


• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. 


• Coordinate audit processes and liaise with external stakeholders. 


• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions. 


• Lead and develop the finance team. 

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 


• ACA or ACCA qualification is preferred. 


• Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in a senior finance role. 


• Strong experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cash flow management. 


• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. 


• Experience in the manufacturing or retail sector is an added advantage. 


• High level of integrity, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
