Key Responsibilities



 




  • Monitor, detect, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

  • Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and best practices.

  • Analyze security logs and monitor network traffic for suspicious activities.

  • Perform digital forensic investigations when security incidents occur.

  • Manage endpoint security solutions, firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

  • Conduct security awareness training for employees.

  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

  • Prepare security reports, risk assessments, and incident documentation.

  • Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.

  • Strong knowledge of network security, operating systems, and cloud security.

  • Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management solutions.

  • Experience in incident response and digital forensics is an added advantage.

  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CySA+, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
