Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ proven experience in security management, preferably in infrastructure or construction.


• BSc/HND in Security Management, Criminology, Law, Military/Defence Studies, or related field


• Relevant Security Management certification is an added advantage


• HSE Level 1, 2 & 3 certification is an added advantage


• Proven experience managing security personnel and project-site security operations.


• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, access control, surveillance, incident management, and emergency response.


• Experience securing construction/infrastructure sites, equipment, materials, personnel, and company assets


• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills


• High level of integrity, discipline, vigilance, and professionalism


• 1Ability to work under pressure and liaise effectively with security agencies and project stakeholders
