Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.


• BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.


• Membership of a relevant professional body (NIQS; RICS is an advantage).


• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.


• Experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.


• Ability to prepare BOQs, valuations, variations, and cost reports.


• Good understanding of procurement processes and project cost control.


• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
