Description

• We urgently need a Retail Sales representative to be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets and ensuring an excellent shopping experience in the store.

Responsibilties

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in-store


• Promote and upsell products to achieve sales goals


• Maintain good knowledge of store products, pricing, and promotions.


• Handle customers inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally


• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately


• Ensure shelves are well stocked, clean, and properly arranged


• Support inventory management and stock control activities


• Participate in store displays, merchandising, and promotional activities


• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.

Required

• A fresh graduate of any discipline, intelligent, customer friendly.


• Must reside within Lekki and its environment.
