Responsibilities

• Create goals and objectives, and publish posts consistently across platforms


• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms


• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews


• Keep up with trending topics, hashtags, and platform updates and adapt content accordingly


• Speak good English and construct well-formed sentences


• Write compelling property listing captions that convert


• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools


• Basic photography and videography skills for property shoots and reels


• Familiar with Meta Business Suite and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube


• Track and report engagement metrics — reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and leads generated.
