Description

• We are seeking a smart, confident, presentable, and results driven Marketer with strong digital marketing skills.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s services, generating leads, developing client relationships, and supporting business growth through both digital and traditional marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.


• Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities.


• Manage the company’s social media and digital presence.


• Create engaging marketing and digital content.


• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.


• Manage digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.


• Engage prospects, follow up on leads, and support client conversion.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.


• Track marketing performance and provide relevant reports and recommendations.


• Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and other marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.


• Minimum of 1 year post NYSC experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.


• Practical knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.


• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Good understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.


• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and take initiative.
