Position Overview

The Contract Cleaning Manager oversees cleaning operations across contracted sites, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations, regulatory standards, and company policies. This role involves managing staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality assurance, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Plan, organize, and supervise cleaning services across multiple sites.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.


• Monitor daily operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Staff Supervision

• Recruit, train, and manage cleaning staff.


• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.


• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and payroll inputs.

Client Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.


• Address complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly.


• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to ensure satisfaction.

Quality Assurance

• Implement and monitor cleaning standards and KPIs.


• Carry out audits and inspections to ensure service excellence.


• Develop and enforce corrective action plans when needed.

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage budgets, invoices, and cost controls for cleaning contracts.


• Oversee procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.


• Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare regular reports on operations, staff performance, and client satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate records of contracts, compliance, and incidents.


• Support senior management with strategic planning and contract renewals.
