Main Duties

• Mix drinks: Follow recipes to make cocktails, pour beer, and serve wine.


• Serve guests: Greet visitors, take orders, and recommend beverages.


• Manage cash: Operate the POS (point-of-sale) system and balance daily receipts.


• Stock inventory: Track supplies, restock bottles, and prep garnishes.


• Keep clean: Wash glassware, wipe counters, and maintain hygiene rules.
