Job Summary

• Fortics Lifecare Limited is seeking a detail-oriented, organised, and responsible Account Officer to support the financial operations of our new hospital centre in Agric, Ikorodu.


• The successful candidate will assist with financial record-keeping, accounting transactions, reconciliations, payments, receivables, payables, and other routine finance activities.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.


• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and accounting entries.


• Maintain proper financial records and documentation.


• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.


• Monitor outstanding payments and support follow-up activities.


• Perform bank, cash, and other relevant reconciliations.


• Assist with daily financial reporting and month-end activities.


• Support the preparation of financial schedules and reports.


• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.


• Assist with audit preparation and provision of required financial documents.


• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.


• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.


• 1–2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.


• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.


• Strong numerical and analytical skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good organisational and communication skills.


• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a healthcare environment.
