Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Inventory Officer/Supervisor to manage stock records, monitor inventory levels, supervise warehouse activities, and ensure accurate and efficient inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stock.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock databases.


• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.


• Supervise the proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.


• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.


• Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages or variances.


• Supervise, assign tasks to, and support inventory/warehouse staff.


• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.


• Support internal and external inventory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Social Sciences, or a related field.


• 2–4 years’ experience in inventory, stock control, or warehouse management.


• Good knowledge of inventory management software/ERP systems.


• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.


• Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.


• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment..
