About the Role

• We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and drive the organization's long-term growth, profitability, and sustainability.


• The ideal candidate will combine strong corporate finance and treasury management experience with proven executive leadership capabilities, bringing a track record of capital raising, business transformation, value creation, and strategic decision-making at the board and executive level.


• This role requires more than traditional financial reporting and accounting expertise.


• We are looking for a commercially astute finance leader with experience in funding, investments, corporate transactions, and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.


• Professional qualification: CFA plus ACA or ACCA.


• Minimum of 15 years' progressive finance experience.


• At least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive leadership role.
