Job Summary

• As the Salon Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient team coordination, high service standards, and smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with established quality standards.


• Manage and coordinate salon staff, including schedules, attendance, performance, training, and staff discipline.


• Deliver excellent customer service by handling client enquiries, feedback, complaints, bookings, and service-related concerns.


• Monitor sales, daily revenue, expenses, inventory, and salon supplies while ensuring proper records and accountability.


• Drive customer retention and business growth through promotions, client engagement, upselling, and effective service delivery.


• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, safety, and compliance with salon policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.


• 3–5 years of experience in salon management, beauty/wellness, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing management role.


• Proven experience managing staff, daily operations, customer service, and sales activities.


• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.


• Good understanding of salon operations, inventory management, sales tracking, and service quality standards.


• Professional, well-presented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
