Description

• We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale Street Souk projects, events and brand activations.


• You'll oversee teams, manage stakeholders and drive projects from strategy and planning through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale events, projects and brand activations.


• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and execution strategies.


• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, partners and stakeholders.


• Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are met.


• Identify risks, solve challenges and make decisions to keep projects on track.


• Oversee on-ground execution and ensure seamless delivery.


• Provide project updates, reports and post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, events, activations or a related field.


• Proven experience leading large-scale events, brand activations or complex projects.


• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple teams, budgets and competing priorities.


• Highly proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
