Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Operations & Maintenance Engineer to join our Projects team.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of solar PV and battery systems to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor solar PV and battery systems using remote monitoring platforms (SCADA, BMS, inverters)


• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities


• Perform site inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and fault resolution


• Monitor battery parameters including SOC, SOH, voltage balance, and temperature


• Prepare inspection reports, maintenance logs, and root cause analysis reports


• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and system handovers


• Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, HSE standards, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field


• 2–5+ years hands-on experience in solar PV operations & maintenance


• Experience with BESS, inverters, SCADA systems, and remote monitoring platforms


• Strong troubleshooting and technical reporting skills


• OEM certifications are an added advantage.
