MAIN FUNCTION

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of integrated projects across multiple product lines and stakeholders.


• Build strong customer relationships and ensure contractual commitments are achieved.


• Drive project performance through effective risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.


• Manage project financial performance, including revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow.


• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives safely and efficiently.


• Oversee project schedules, resource planning, readiness reviews, and contingency plans.


• Promote Baker Hughes HSE standards and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.


• Lead project reviews, performance reporting, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives.


• Support business growth by partnering with commercial and sales teams.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.


• Have substantial experience in the energy industry, including well construction, completions, intervention, P&A, or related operations.


• Have a proven extensive experience in project management experience delivering complex operational projects.


• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of drilling and completions activities.


• Have experience managing project financial performance and commercial risk.


• Possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.


• Have experience managing multiple concurrent operations and cross-functional teams.


• Be proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project experience is advantageous.


• Demonstrate excellent English communication skills.


• Hold PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).


• Have Well Control awareness; certification is advantageous.
