Key Responsibilities




  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and key business accounts.

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.

  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

  • Develop account plans and strategies to increase customer value and revenue.

  • Understand clients' business needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations and commercial negotiations.

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting through negotiation, closing and account development.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve account-related issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts and sales activities.

  • Prepare regular sales and account performance reports for management.

  • Collaborate with technical, operations, finance and customer service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, B2B Sales or a related role.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

  • Strong experience managing corporate, enterprise or institutional clients.

  • Excellent business development, negotiation and closing skills.

  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management abilities.

  • Good understanding of the assigned regional market and business environment.

  • Ability to identify opportunities, build sales pipelines and convert prospects into customers.

  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management tools.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and operate effectively in a target-driven environment.
