Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Respond to customers inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other communication Channel.
- Provide customers with updates on their orders and deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Follow up with dispatch riders regarding delivery status.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/ BSc
- 1- 2 years experience working experience as a Customer Representative
- Must be reliable, punctual and responsible
- Basic Computer skills.
