Job Summary




  • The Admin Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative running of the office.

  • This role is primarily administrative in nature, covering record-keeping, correspondence, office coordination, procurement support, and facility/logistics management, with additional support on processes such as documentation.

  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks with minimal supervision.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee general office administration, including facility upkeep, office supplies, and vendor coordination.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mails, and courier dispatches.

  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for company and personnel records.

  • Support procurement processes, including sourcing, tracking orders, and managing supply inventory.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, staff movement, and company events.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for company assets and administrative transactions.

  • Draft and process routine correspondence, memos, and administrative letters.

  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and regulatory offices as required.

  • Ensure the office environment complies with basic health, safety, and housekeeping standards.

  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by supervisors or management.



Requirements




  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in an administrative role (mandatory).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
