Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be confident in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients and working effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients.


• Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and clinical changes closely.


• Administer medications, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.


• Operate and monitor ICU equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors.


• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patients’ conditions.


• Maintain accurate nursing and patient records.


• Work closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.


• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and patient safety.


• Provide appropriate support and communication to patients and their relatives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMCN licence.


• Previous ICU/Critical Care experience is required.


• Strong clinical assessment and patient-monitoring skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
