Job Description

• We are seeking a friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented Waitress to join our hospitality team.


• The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.


• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve guests efficiently.


• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining areas.


• Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and promptly attend to their requests.


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.


• Process bills and payments accurately, where required.


• Adhere to the hotel's hygiene, safety, and service standards

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.


• Previous experience as a waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment is an advantage.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Good personal hygiene, grooming, and a professional appearance.


• Customer-focused, honest, punctual, and attentive to details.


• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.


• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
