Responsibilities

• Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and hand out menus.


• Taking Orders: Listen carefully to requests, write down or enter food and drink orders accurately, and explain daily specials.


• Serving Meals: Transport food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables in a timely manner.


• Customer Care: Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks, and handle any requests or complaints.


• Processing Payments: Deliver bills, issue receipts, and collect cash or card payments.


• Table Maintenance: Clear dirty plates, wipe down surfaces, and reset tables for new guests.
