Role Description

• The Commercial Officer role at 1StepAhead is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja.


• The Commercial Officer will manage and grow commercial relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support sales activities to drive revenue.


• Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, preparing proposals, coordinating contract negotiations, and maintaining accurate records of commercial activities.


• The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations, resolving customer issues promptly, and providing feedback that supports continuous improvement. The Commercial Officer will also contribute to training and awareness sessions related to commercial processes and client management.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and experience in commercial management or business development.


• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and build professional relationships.


• Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
