Responsibilities

• Legal Advice: Counsel clients on their rights, obligations, and the best course of action under the law.


• Court Representation: Advocate for clients, present evidence, and cross-examine witnesses during trials or hearings.


• Document Drafting: Prepare contracts, wills, deeds, lawsuits, and appeals to ensure legal compliance.


• Legal Research: Investigate case law, regulations, and statutes to build strong arguments.


• Negotiation: Settle disputes and negotiate terms between opposing parties outside of court.
