About the Role

Are you an NYSC Corps Member who understands social media, storytelling, and content?

Do you enjoy coming up with content ideas, writing captions, following trends, engaging with audiences, and turning everyday activities into content people actually want to see?

OTIC Surveys Limited is looking for a creative and proactive NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Social Media Manager / Content Creator.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience managing the digital presence of a real business, working on content around surveying, technology, construction, projects, equipment, training, and company activities.

 WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan and create engaging social media content


• Write captions and social media copy


• Manage and grow our social media pages


• Cover company activities, projects, trainings, and events


• Work with our Graphic Designer and Video team to bring content ideas to life


• Write SEO-friendly articles for our website


• Monitor trends, engagement, and content performance


• Contribute ideas that increase brand visibility and audience engagement

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You should be:

• Currently serving or posted to Lagos under NYSC (Not less than 10 months left)


• Creative, curious, and full of ideas


• Willingness to learn and grow on the job


• A good writer and communicator


• Comfortable using social media platforms and understanding trends


• Interested in content creation, digital marketing, and social media


• Proactive and willing to take ownership of your work


• Able to work fully onsite

You don't need to have worked in a formal Social Media Manager role before. If you have the skills, creativity, and drive, we want to hear from you.

LOCATION

Lekki / Sangotedo / Chevron axis, Lagos

You must live within or have reliable accommodation around these areas because this is a fully on-site role.
