Job Description

• The Head of Jewellery will lead the Company's jewellery strategy, overseeing merchandising, sales performance, category growth and relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals.


• The role will be responsible for strengthening the Company's position in the jewellery market while driving revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Company's jewellery category strategy.


• Drive revenue and profitability.


• Lead jewellery merchandising and assortment planning.


• Monitor product performance, inventory and sell-through.


• Develop HNWI/VIC client acquisition and retention strategies.


• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.


• Oversee jewellery sales performance.


• Develop private client events and exclusive selling opportunities.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.


• Identify new business and category growth opportunities.


• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations.


• Report category performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.


• 7–12 years' experience in jewellery/luxury retail.


• Strong understanding of high-end jewellery and affluent customer segments.


• Proven commercial and sales leadership experience.


• Strong HNWI/VIC relationship network is advantageous
