Job Summary

• The Warehouse Operations Officer will support the daily movement and handling of merchandise within the Company's warehouse, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and transfer of stock to boutiques.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming merchandise.


• Inspect stock for quantity and condition.


• Properly label and store merchandise.


• Pick merchandise based on approved requests.


• Pack merchandise securely for delivery.


• Prepare stock transfers to boutiques.


• Complete relevant warehouse documentation.


• Assist with stock counts and reconciliation.


• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.


• Report damaged, missing or discrepant stock.


• Follow warehouse security and handling procedures.

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.


• 1–3 years' warehouse experience.


• Retail, luxury goods or FMCG experience is an advantage.
