Key Responsibilities




  • Manage daily administrative and office operations.

  • Maintain accurate employee, office, and administrative records.

  • Prepare reports, documents, memos, letters, and other official correspondence.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and office activities.

  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory and ensure timely replenishment.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, emails, and official documents.

  • Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks when required.

  • Assist with staff attendance, leave records, onboarding, and other employee documentation.

  • Coordinate vendors, service providers, repairs, maintenance, and other office-related needs.

  • Ensure office facilities are clean, functional, and properly maintained.

  • Track and document company assets and office equipment.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

  • Ensure administrative processes are followed and identify areas for improvement.

  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.



Computer & Technical Knowledge:




  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to use email, Google Workspace, online portals, and other office applications.

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

  • Basic knowledge of smartphone hardware, software, settings, and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to identify and report common technical issues with computers, phones, printers, internet, and other office devices.



Requirements




  • B.Sc., HND, or OND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office management experience is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good attention to detail and record-keeping ability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Professional, proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.
