Key Responsibilities




  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and candidate communication.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, orientation, and exit/clearance processes.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files.

  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave, and general employee conduct.

  • Assist with probation reviews, performance appraisals, confirmations, promotions, and performance improvement processes.

  • Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, memos, and other official correspondence.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company rules.

  • Handle routine employee enquiries and escalate complex HR matters to the HR Manager.

  • Assist in managing employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.

  • Coordinate staff welfare activities, training programmes, meetings, and other employee engagement initiatives.

  • Assist with HMO administration, staff benefits, leave records, and other employee welfare matters.

  • Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates on recruitment, attendance, employee movements, and other HR activities.

  • Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of employee information.

  • Support compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.

  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager or Management.



Requirements




  • B.Sc., HND, or OND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field with 1 – 3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience is an advantage.

  • Good understanding of HR practices and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

  • Professional, proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented.
