Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.


• 2–3 years of HR experience.


• Working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act.


• CIPM certification or ongoing studies is an advantage.


• Manufacturing, healthcare, or FMCG experience is an added advantage.


• Good Excel, documentation, and report-writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and onboarding.


• Employee relations and disciplinary management.


• HR documentation and records management.


• Performance reviews, incentives, and promotions.


• Benefits administration (HMO, pension, GLI, and leave).


• Labour law compliance.


• Staff training and workplace safety.


• Monthly HR reporting to management.
