Remuneration: 250,000 Monthly Gross



Job Summary:




  • We are seeking a proactive and organised associate training officer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and learning initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate will assist in developing training materials, coordinating training sessions, managing participant records, and ensuring the effective execution of both virtual and physical training programs.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programmes, workshops, and seminars.

  • Support the development and review of training materials, presentations, and learning resources.

  • Coordinate participant registrations, training schedules, and logistics.

  • Facilitate virtual training sessions and provide administrative support during physical training programmes.

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, and evaluation results.

  • Monitor training effectiveness by collecting and analysing participant feedback.

  • Liaise with facilitators, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of training activities.

  • Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.

  • Prepare training reports and other related documentation.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in training coordination, learning and development, or a related role.

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

  • Applicants must reside within proximity to Isolo, Lagos.
