Job Summary

• We are seeking a polished and knowledgeable Fragrance Advisor to provide personalized fragrance consultations, deliver exceptional luxury customer service, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized fragrance recommendations and consultations.


• Present fragrance houses, notes, ingredients and product stories to clients.


• Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business.


• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets.


• Maintain excellent presentation of the fragrance area and testers.


• Support launches, events and brand activations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in luxury or niche fragrance.


• Strong knowledge of fragrance families, notes and structure.


• Excellent communication, storytelling and customer service skills.


• Polished appearance and strong luxury-service orientation.


• Proficiency in WhatsApp and social media for client engagement.


• Fluent spoken and written English.
