Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and other channels.


• Convert inquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.


• Follow up on leads, abandoned carts, and prospective customers.


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.


• Process orders and coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery.


• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.


• Update customer records and activities on the CRM system.


• Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• ND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification.


• Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other social media platforms.


• Familiarity with CRM systems.


• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.


• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
