Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the restaurant team, and ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.


• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve operational targets.


• Monitor service quality, hygiene, and safety standards.


• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.


• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager in an F&B or QSR environment.


• Not more than 35 years old.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong report-writing and leadership skills.

Salary

• N170,000 monthly net + 30k monthly bonus and HMO.
