Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our eatery, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff and drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and motivate staff.


• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.


• Prepare and submit regular operational reports.


• Ensure the branch meets its sales and performance target.


• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality management.


• 2-4 years as an operational manager, Branch Manager or relative field


• Good knowledge of sales, inventory and staff management.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
