Position Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Legal, HR, and Admin Lead to oversee the Firm's legal affairs, human resources, and administrative functions.

  • This role is critical to ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, driving HR strategies that align with business objectives, and managing administrative operations efficiently.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple functions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide strategic legal advice to the firm on matters related to regulatory compliance, contracts, corporate governance, and other legal issues.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

  • Ensure that the firm operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to Audit, Taxation and Business Consulting.

  • Manage the firm’s Clients’ secretarial services when necessary.

  • Liaise with external legal counsel on complex legal matters.



Human Resources:




  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the firms’s goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract and retain top talent.

  • Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.

  • Lead performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive.



Administration:




  • Ensure efficient administration and day-to-day office management, including facilities, supplies, and operational processes.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

  • Manage company assets and ensure proper maintenance, including vehicles and office equipment.

  • Coordinate administrative support for executive management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees (MBA or LLM), Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) will be added advantage.

  • 3-5 years of experience in legal, human resources, or administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position across previous experiences.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, corporate governance, and legal requirements relevant to Business Consulting.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
