Job Summary

Whip-Smart Services Provider Limited is seeking a creative, proactive and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage the company's social media platforms, create engaging content, grow online visibility, and strengthen audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.


• Create and publish engaging content, captions, graphics, and videos.


• Develop and maintain content calendars.


• Monitor comments, messages, trends, and audience engagement.


• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and online visibility.


• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.


• Research trends and competitor activities to improve content strategy.


• Collaborate with the team on campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.


• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.


• Proficiency in Canva; basic video editing is an added advantage.


• Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.


• Strong organisational and time-management skills.


• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
