Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Associate to support key HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, HR policies, and client advisory.
- The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage HR activities while supporting multiple client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and candidate communication.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, employee engagement, and other talent management activities.
- Support performance management processes, including reviews and performance improvement plans.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to clients and respond to HR-related queries.
- Support HR projects, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct HR research and contribute to client recommendations and HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labour regulations, and workplace policies.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requirements independently.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other HR tools.
