Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals for Regional Manager and Territory Manager positions across selected locations in Nigeria.


• Drive sales within an assigned territory: acquire new clients, grow existing accounts, and work with brokers, agents and other channel partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND (professional certification is an advantage)


• 7+ years' relevant sales/business development experience, including 3+ years managing a sales team


• Relevant experience in Health Insurance/HMO, Insurance, or Banking/Financial Services (essential)


• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


• Strong knowledge of the local market


• Willingness to travel and relocate if required.
