Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations


• Coordinate inventory, orders, packaging, deliveries and fulfilment


• Manage vendors, logistics partners and service providers


• Maintain accurate operational and inventory records


• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions


• Support livestreams, campaigns and events


• Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency


• Provide regular operational reports to management.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years’ experience in operations, administration, retail, e-commerce or a related field


• Strong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and attention to detail


• Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools


• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently


• Experience in luxury retail, fashion or e-commerce is an advantage.
